无毛小鼠喂以缺乏必需脂肪酸(EFA)的食物时会引起表皮增殖.其表皮的组织学变化是棘层肥厚、角化过度及粒层增厚.表皮有丝分裂指数和DNA合成增加.在EFA缺乏时前列腺素E(PGE)和F(PGF)降低;细胞膜上W_9廿三烯酸堆积.后者可能有抑制前列腺素生物合成的作用.因为PGE能刺激cAMP的形成,所以缺乏PGE则环化核苷酸代谢就会有变化.银屑病和其他实验性表皮增殖过程中也有环化核苷酸的改变.本实验对
