采用ＳＴＤ５０００系列工业控制计算机，研制了用于粘油的定量灌装控制装置。介绍了该装置的硬件配置、现场配套仪表选型及“滑油”灌装工艺。通过模仿人手动灌装经验，提出了实现高精度定量灌装的阀门智能控制算法。基于该控制算法，实现了增强装置通用性的参数组态方法。
Using STD5000 series industrial control computer, a quantitative filling control device for viscous oil was developed. The hardware configuration of the device, field instrumentation selection and “oil” filling process are introduced. By simulating manual filling experience, a valve intelligent control algorithm for high-precision quantitative filling was proposed. Based on the control algorithm, a parameter configuration method for enhancing the universality of the device is realized.
