本文为42—160柴油机曲轴变形分析的第三个专题,即在测定曲轴及机体刚度和以双连续梁方法计算曲轴之后,对该曲轴的变形及位移作了详尽的计算及分析,并在此基础上对该机连杆轴瓦对角磨(裂)的原因进行了有益的讨论。计算用有限元法进行,结果表明,用平面变厚度等参数单元计算曲轴位移是简便而有效的。
This article is the third topic of deformation analysis of 42-160 diesel engine crankshaft. After the crankshaft and body rigidity are measured and the crankshaft is calculated by double continuous beam method, the deformation and displacement of the crankshaft are calculated and analyzed. On the basis of the aircraft connecting rod bearing angle grinding (crack) the reasons for a useful discussion. The calculation is carried out by the finite element method. The results show that it is simple and effective to calculate the displacement of the crankshaft with such parameters as plane variable thickness.
