以草酸青霉菌HB1发酵液为研究对象,通过发芽试验,探究其对黄瓜、辣椒及白菜3种蔬菜种子发芽率、幼苗生长及其根耐性指数的影响,以期为设施蔬菜的高质量育苗提供参考依据。结果表明:草酸青霉菌HB1发酵液稀释106倍用于处理黄瓜和辣椒种子,促生的各指标达到最高,其中发芽率分别达到100.00%、98.67%,是对照的1.18、1.05倍。相对幼苗高度和根耐性指数分别为194.43%、173.72%和125.62%、104.90%;稀释107倍的发酵液用于处理白菜种子,各促生指标达到最高,其中发芽率为92.00%,是对照的1.01倍。相对幼苗高度和根耐性指数分别为140.50%和144.45%。综合分析,草酸青霉菌HB1发酵液较低浓度稀释液有助于提高种子的发芽率,促进蔬菜幼苗的生长;在草酸青霉菌HB1发酵液稀释10~6倍处理下,黄瓜和辣椒种子生长最好;在发酵液稀释107倍处理下,白菜种子生长最好。
Taking Penicillium oxalicum HB1 fermentation broth as the research object, the effects of germination on the germination rate, seedling growth and root tolerance index of cucumber, pepper and cabbage were explored in order to provide reference for high-quality nursery of facility vegetable in accordance with. The results showed that the fermentation broth of Penicillium oxalicum HB1 was diluted 106-fold to treat cucumber and pepper seeds, and the indexes of promoting growth were the highest. The germination rate reached 100.00% and 98.67% respectively, which was 1.18 and 1.05 times that of the control. The relative seedling height and root tolerance index were 194.43%, 173.72% and 125.62%, 104.90% respectively. The fermentation broth diluted 107 times was used to treat cabbage seeds with the highest of all the growth-promoting indexes, the germination rate was 92.00%, which was the control 1.01 times. Relative seedling height and root tolerance index were 140.50% and 144.45% respectively. Comprehensive analysis, Penicillium oxalicum HB1 fermentation broth lower concentration dilution helps to improve the seed germination rate and promote the growth of vegetable seedlings; Penicillium oxalicum HB1 fermentation broth diluted 10 to 6 times the treatment of cucumber and pepper seed growth Good; in fermentation broth diluted 107 times under the best cabbage seed growth.
