目的：研究颅内肿瘤对颅内主要血管血流的影响。方法：用经颅彩色多普勒（CFD）对40例颅内肿瘤摘除前、后颅内主要血管的血流进行测试。结果：发现手术前后CTD变化规律，术前脑血管阻力明显增高，术后脑血管阻力下降，平均血流速度减慢，脑血流量增加。结论：CTD可监测颅内肿瘤脑血流的改变，对术前了解肿瘤的血供有临床指导意义。
Objective: To study the effect of intracranial tumors on intracranial major blood vessels. Methods: Transcranial color Doppler (CFD) was used to test the blood flow of major intracranial blood vessels in 40 cases of intracranial tumors before and after enucleation. Results: The changes of CTD before and after operation were found. The preoperative cerebral vascular resistance was significantly increased. The postoperative cerebral vascular resistance was decreased. The average blood flow velocity was slowed down and the cerebral blood flow increased. Conclusion: CTD can monitor the change of cerebral blood flow in intracranial tumors, which has clinical significance in understanding the blood supply of tumor before operation.
