中国石油乌鲁木齐石化分公司炼油厂芳烃车间连续重整装置加热炉辅助火嘴金属软管发生泄漏。该金属软管由钢丝编织网和波纹管组成,其规格型号:JSPG-40-1.0MPa,公称直径:40mm。波纹管的材质为316L,网体的材质为1Cr18Ni9。管内介质为瓦斯气,操作温度40℃。金属软管从开始投用到发生泄漏,共运行了约14个月。泄漏部位分布于波纹管纵焊缝和母材上,表现形式为密集型孔洞。基于该波纹管存在的腐蚀问题,本文从多角度对其发生原因进行分
