目的了解精神疾病专科医院收费窗口工作人员心理压力以及产生的原因,并探讨应对策略。方法对2所精神疾病专科医院52名收费窗口工作人员采用SCL-90症状自评量表、抑郁自评量表(SAS)以及焦虑自评量表(SDS)进行心理状态分析,并对心理压力产生的原因进行调查分析。结果 2所精神疾病专科医院收费窗口工作人员SCL-90的躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性、阳性项目数以及总分均明显高于国内常模水平,SAS及SDS评分也均明显高于国内常模水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者家属的不理解、劳动强度过大以及薪资和晋升压力是主要的心理压力来源。结论精神疾病医院应重视收费窗口工作人员心理压力问题,及时采取心理干预措施。
Objective To understand the mental stress of staff in charge window of mental illness hospital and its causes, and to explore coping strategies. Methods Fifty-two pay-window workers in two psychiatric hospitals were analyzed with SCL-90 Symptom Checklist 90 (SAS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SDS), and the psychosocial stress The causes of the investigation. Results The scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptom, depression, anxiety, terror, psychosis, positive items and total score of SCL-90 in charge window of two psychiatric hospitals were significantly higher than that of the national norms, SAS and SDS scores Were significantly higher than the national norm level, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Inadequate understanding of family members, excessive labor intensity, and stress on pay and promotion are the main sources of psychological stress. Conclusion Mental illness hospitals should pay attention to the psychological problems of staff members in charge windows and timely take psychological interventions.
