福建是我国电视机产业起步较早的省份之一。继70年代末开始生产黑白电视机,80年代初福日公司和厦华公司的成立,标志着福建电视机产业迈入一个全新的发展阶段。此后,福建的电视机生产厂点曾遍及福、厦、漳、泉、莆及三明等6个地方,而且大都成为本地电子业的支柱,一度创下了良好的经济和社会效益。当然,在全国掀起“电视机热”的大气候下,当时福建的电视机产业也确实存在着布点过散、规模不大的状况。经过市场竞争的考验,全省7家电视机生产企业有的审时度势、主动转向,拓展 Fujian is one of the provinces where China’s television industry started earlier. Of course, under the backdrop of the “TV fever” that set off across the country, the TV industry in Fujian at that time did indeed have a situation of excessive distribution and small scale. After the test of competition in the market, some TV manufacturers in the province have reviewed the situation and actively turned to expand.
