本文以提高学员任职岗位能力为目标,分析对比实践教学的不足,提出建立实作教学先虚拟软件操作,再到模拟器操作,最后到实装操作的教学模式;建立实作报告制度,实现对学员课前、课中、课后的监督和管理;将学员分为装备技术保障组和装备检查验收组,由检查验收人员检查验收技术保障人员的装备操作结果,促进学员互动交流,提高教学效果;强化实战化训练等举措。
