目的:了解新时代女大学生自我效能与成就动机状况,并探讨两者之间的关系。方法:采用《自我效能感综合量表》和《成就动机量表》对226名在校女大学生进行测试,并完成对结果的统计学分析。结果:①女大学生自我效能感和成就动机均存在显著性年级差异(*u=11.34,*P<0.01;**u=6.859,**P<0.01)②女大学生自我效能和成就动机存在显著的专业差异(*u=24.09,*P<0.01;**u=4.999,**P<0.01)③女大学生自我效能感与成功动机之间显著相关(γ=0.7145,P<0.01)。结论:当代女大学生的自我效能感和成就动机受年级和专业性质的影响;自我效能感强的个体追求成功的动机强。
Objective: To understand the motivation of self-efficacy and achievements of female college students in new era and explore the relationship between the two. Methods: A total of 226 female undergraduates were tested by “self-efficacy comprehensive scale” and “achievement motivation scale”, and the statistical analysis of the results was completed. Results: ① There was significant grade difference in female college students’ self-efficacy and achievement motivation (* u = 11.34, * P <0.01; ** u = 6.859, ** P <0.01) (* U = 24.09, * P <0.01; ** u = 4.999, ** P <0.01) ③ There was a significant correlation between female college students’ self-efficacy and success motivation (γ = 0.7145, P <0.01). Conclusion: Contemporary female college students’ self-efficacy and achievement motivation are influenced by grade and professional nature. Individuals with strong self-efficacy are more motivated to pursue success.
