目的对某选煤厂新建项目职业病危害控制效果给予评价。方法采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测,依据国家有关法律、法规编制检查表,对相关内容进行调查与评价。结果该项目的总平面布置、竖向布置和设备布局、建筑卫生学、辅助用室、个体防护用品、职业卫生管理和职业健康监护等符合国家有关的法律、法规、规范的要求,该项目在生产期间产生的职业病危害因素主要为粉尘(煤尘、其他粉尘)、噪声、全身振动等,其中产品贮运系统带式输送机司机工作岗位粉尘超限倍数为2.1 1,超过国家标准限值;脱介筛巡检工、离心机司机、分选水泵工、加压过滤机司机、压滤机司机及尾煤压滤机司机的8 h等效声级超过国家职业接触限值。结论该项目职业病危害防护设施基本有效,应加强对劳动者佩戴个人防护用品的监督管理,如按照该评价的建议进行改造,该项目可通过竣工验收。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in the new construction project of a coal preparation plant. Methods The occupational health survey, occupational health examination, the preparation of checklist according to the relevant national laws and regulations, the investigation and evaluation of the relevant content. Results The overall layout, vertical layout and equipment layout, building hygiene, auxiliary rooms, personal protective equipment, occupational health management and occupational health monitoring of the project met the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and norms of the State. The main occupational hazards during the production period are dust (coal dust, other dust), noise, whole body vibration, etc., among which, the overrun times of dust for belt conveyor driver in product storage and transportation system is 2.1 1, exceeding the national standard limit; The 8 h equivalent sound level of the sieve inspector, centrifuge driver, sorting water pump operator, pressure filter driver, filter press driver and tail coal pressure filter driver exceeds the national occupational exposure limit. Conclusion The protective equipment for occupational hazards in this project is basically effective. Supervision and management of workers wearing personal protective equipment should be strengthened. If the project is to be renovated according to the suggestions of this evaluation, the project can be completed and accepted.
