冲击伤是物质在爆炸的瞬间释放出巨大的能量,引起气体、液体及固体物质发生动力学变化,产生冲击波造成机体的各种损伤,而烧冲伤是两种致伤因素相继或同时对机体产生的复合伤。烧伤合并冲击伤(烧冲复合伤)是较常见的损伤,由于伤情复杂,死亡率高,治疗难度大。总结1997年3月至2010年3月收治的大面积烧冲复合伤患者23例,死亡11例,病死率47.8%,总结其临床经过,报告如下。临床资料1.一般资料:本组23例,男21例,女2例;年龄18~35岁,平均26岁。其中19例为煤矿井下瓦斯爆炸,1例为室内瓦斯爆炸,3例为户外烟花爆炸。平均
