加强作业培训是保障煤矿生产安全的重要措施,为解决煤矿行业中传统的安全培训存在的不足,基于Virtools平台开发了煤矿安全仿真系统(SSCMS)。借助于该系统,受训者在虚拟的煤矿工作环境中完成各种操作规程的学习和各工种的操作训练。介绍了用Virtools开发煤矿安全培训虚拟仿真系统的一般方法,从系统功能、交互设计、训练评价、关键技术实现等几个方面对SSCMS系统的设计与开发做了详细的论述。提出了Virtools环境下优化系统性能的一般方法。通过实际的应用显示:SSCMS在降低培训成本、激发学习兴趣、提高培训质量方面收到了良好的效果。
To enhance job training is an important measure to ensure the safety of coal mines. To solve the shortcomings of traditional safety training in coal mines, a coal mine safety simulation system (SSCMS) was developed based on Virtools platform. With the help of this system, trainees can complete the learning of various operating procedures and the operation training of various types of work in the virtual working environment of coal mines. The general method of developing virtual simulation system for coal mine safety training by Virtools is introduced. The design and development of SSCMS system are discussed in detail in terms of system function, interaction design, training evaluation and implementation of key technologies. The general method of optimizing system performance in Virtools environment is proposed. The practical application shows that SSCMS has received good results in reducing training costs, stimulating learning interest and improving training quality.
