针对连铸中间包等离子加热过程增氮的问题,开发了防止加热过程增氮的保护渣。并对影响保护渣性能的成分和工艺因素进行了分析,确定了合理的保护渣成分及范围。对连铸中间包等离子加热技术的应用具有重要意义。
In order to solve the problem of increasing nitrogen in the process of plasma sintering of continuous casting tundish, mold powder for preventing nitrogen from increasing during heating was developed. The composition and process factors that affect the properties of the mold flux were analyzed, and the composition and range of the mold fluxes were determined. It is of great significance to the application of plasma heating technology in continuous casting tundish.
