详细介绍ZY3800/8.5/19型薄煤层液压支架的研制过程,给出支架的主要技术参数,对支架的主要结构件及立柱、千斤顶进行设计,计算得立柱及千斤顶的缸径、杆径及其行程。该支架采用pm32/vt简易电液控制系统作为其操作系统,实现正常、高效地安全生产。支架大部分结构采用Q460高强度钢板,部分盖板采用Q550高强度钢板。结构件在焊前进行预热,焊接时采用富氩气体保护,焊后进行回火处理,这样可以提高焊接结构的使用可靠性及寿命。介绍该支架设计的主要特点,ZY3800/8.5/19型液压支架具有广阔的应用前景。
The development process of ZY3800 / 8.5 / 19 thin seam hydraulic support is introduced in detail. The main technical parameters of the support are given. The main structural parts of the support and the columns and jacks are designed. The cylinder diameter, rod diameter and stroke of the column and jack are calculated . The support adopts pm32 / vt simple electro-hydraulic control system as its operating system to realize normal and efficient safe production. Most of the structure of the bracket adopts Q460 high-strength steel plate, part of the cover plate adopts Q550 high-strength steel plate.
