通过对石墨的氧化及超声波分散制备了氧化石墨烯(GO)纳米片层,采用FTIR、XPS、SEM、AFM对其结构进行了表征。测试结果表明:GO纳米片层尺寸为100~800 nm,GO上羟基和羧基的质量分数分别为22.1%和29.4%。将GO掺入水泥基复合材料,在GO的加入质量为水泥质量的0.03%时,水泥基体主要由多面体状晶体通过交织、嵌入等方式聚集而成,形成了具有花型形貌的微观结构,与空白样比较,其28 d时平均抗折强度和抗压强度分别增加了93.9%和80.0%。
The graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets were prepared by oxidation and ultrasonic dispersion of graphite, and their structures were characterized by FTIR, XPS, SEM and AFM. The results show that the size of GO nanosheets is 100-800 nm, the mass fraction of GO and carboxyl groups is 22.1% and 29.4%, respectively.
