Not only job hunting but also job interviewing, there are companies now starting to explore “resignations have to interview” approach. Management will talk to the employee who submitted his resignation individually and design a written questionnaire to understand as far as possible the reasons for the employee’s resignation, such as whether or not the company has provided any assistance
