建立了实验室模拟海洋环境腐蚀试验装置,可以模拟浪花飞溅区、海水潮差区、海水全浸区等多种海洋腐蚀环境。研制了一种可用于浪花飞溅腐蚀监检测的电化学传感器,利用该传感器测试了模拟腐蚀试验架浪花飞溅部位的电化学噪声特征,分析比较了不同部位噪声电阻R_n值,表明涂覆清漆的部位耐蚀性能优于裸露部位。
A laboratory simulation of marine environment corrosion test device was established, which can simulate a variety of marine corrosive environments such as spray splash zone, tidal range of the sea water and seawater immersion zone. An electrochemical sensor that can be used for spray splash corrosion monitoring was developed. The sensor was used to test the characteristics of electrochemical noise in the spray splashing site of the simulated corrosion test rig. The noise resistance R n values of different locations were analyzed and compared. Corrosion resistance than exposed parts.
