广州目前已有20多家建材城,笔者走访了几家规模较大的,看到其中的经营状况,可以说是一个购销兴旺的行业。据说广州的建材市场每年新售住宅所需装饰材料近50亿元,加上各种商厦、酒店、公共设备及商业的装饰,每年建材营业额近100亿元。这个统计数字不知道准不准,然而,据几个接受访问的经营者反映,他们做生意的环境有很多不尽人意的地方。因此有些经营者已经在考虑突破困局。 Guangzhou now has more than 20 building materials City, the author visited a few larger, see the operating conditions which can be said to be a booming trade buying and selling industry.
