Three types of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) are widely used in physiotherapy: higher low frequencies (40-150 beats / second), lower frequencies (1-4 beats / second), intermittent pulses 1-4 times higher frequency low frequency electric pulse group). Although all three TENS can reduce the pain, but its relative effect is not clear. The extent to which each TENS current reduces pain depends on the disease, the location of the electrodes, the type of treatment machine, or the patient’s response. Therefore, the choice of a particular TENS parameter is arbitrary and tends to be modeled by an invalid, time-consuming “trial-and-error method.” In fact, the patient does not respond to some TENS, but may react to the other. Thus, it is necessary to understand the role of various TENS in order to make the treatment preferred. The effect of TENS on sympathetic activity is not adequate
