目前测定头发、血液中的硒,国内多用比色法和极谱法,国外多用中子活化法。本文采用HNO_3+HClO_1溶矿将硒氧化至Se(Ⅳ),在16%的HCl酸度下,用XDY-1型氢化物-无色散原子荧光光度计测定头发、血液中的硒。本法具有灵敏度高,干扰小,重现性好,分析速度快,成本低等优点,检出限为1.5ng·ml~(-1),标准偏差为0.348,精密度为6.96%,可应用于头发、血液、矿物及水中微量硒的测定。试验部分一仪器与工作条件 XDY-1型双道原子荧光光度计(北京地质仪器厂产) 硒无极放电灯仪器工作参数:硒灯微波功率(A道或B道)20
Currently measured hair, selenium in the blood, the domestic multi-colorimetric and polarographic method, foreign multi-purpose neutron activation method. In this paper, selenium was oxidized to Se (Ⅳ) by HNO_3 + HClO_1 dissolved ore, and selenium in hair and blood was determined by XDY-1 hydride-free atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer with 16% HCl acidity.
