磷酸盐基具有固化温度低,剪切强度高,电性能和耐热性能优异等特点。随着航空航天事业的发展现有的胶粘体系无法满足某些粘接部件对力学性能的要求以及对透波性能的要求。为满足航空航天的粘接需求,采用磷酸二氢铝为主成分,以氧化锌和氧化镁为固化剂,氧化锆和二氧化硅等为填料,制备了一种可以在160℃固化耐高温1500℃的胶黏剂,并研究了胶黏剂各组分对剪切强度的影响。研究表明这种胶黏剂可以用于陶瓷的修补以及耐高温复合材料的制备。
Phosphate has a low curing temperature, high shear strength, electrical properties and heat resistance and so on. With the development of aerospace industry, the existing adhesive system can not meet the mechanical properties of certain adhesive components as well as the permeability of the performance requirements. In order to meet the aerospace bonding needs, the use of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate as the main component, with zinc oxide and magnesium oxide as curing agent, zirconia and silica as a filler, prepared at 160 ℃ curing temperature 1500 ℃ adhesive, and studied the adhesive components of the shear strength. Studies have shown that this adhesive can be used for ceramic repair and high temperature composite material preparation.
