最近,我们对1999年度党支部创先争优达标竞赛活动进行了深入的调查,从中得出一条基本结论:创先争优达标竞赛是国有企业建立现代企业制度过程中充分发挥党员模范先锋作用和党支部战斗堡垒作用的一种好方式,其中党支部书记个人能力对这一活动的效果具有决定作用。一、基本情况我公司现有8个基层党支部,106名党员。8名党支部书记中7名兼职1名专职,其中大专学历的6名,中专学历的1名,高中1名;平均年龄40.75岁;从事党务工作时间最长的6年,最短的1年。从调查情况看,8名支部书记文化层次较高,又正处在年富力强的年龄段上,基本具备了干好基层党支部书记的条件。
