转子槽的磨削加工,是制造叶片油泵转子的重要工序。在文化大革命前,我厂是用手工磨削的。文化大革命后,我厂广大液压工人迫切要求改革这种落后工艺,进一步提高生产效率,为我国社会主义的现代化多作贡献。首先我们对过去设计的一直不能使用的ST095型转子槽磨床进行了两次改革和试用,接着又设计制造了QC004型转子槽磨床。在生产过程中发现QC004磨床仍然不够理想,例如:修整砂轮的金刚钻调整不大方便,不易保证加工质量,工作台太轻、太小,调整时碍手,操作时油雾严重等等。为了进一步和大家共同探讨转子槽最后精加工的最好方法,现将我厂对转子槽加工中掌握的
