1 材料 动物:选用健康家兔36只,体重为2.5±0.5kg,雌雄不拘,6～7月龄。本院动物室提供。川芎嗪由北京制药厂出品;卵磷脂由华东师范大学化工厂出品;硫代巴比妥酸由上海试剂二厂出品;SOD测定试剂盒由同济医科大学附属协和医院心血管生化室提供。其他试剂均为AR级。
1 Materials Animals: Thirty-six healthy rabbits weighing 2.5±0.5 kg, male or female, 6 to 7 months old. The hospital animal room provides. Ligustrazine was produced by Beijing Pharmaceutical Factory; lecithin was produced by East China Normal University Chemical Factory; thiobarbituric acid was produced by Shanghai Reagent Second Factory; and SOD assay kit was provided by Cardiovascular Biochemistry Unit of Union Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical University. All other reagents are AR grades.
