患者女,6岁,1984年6月右小腿局部间歇性疼痛1月余,来我院检查。右小腿上部轻微肿胀压痛,未触及明显肿块,邻近关节活动正常,皮肤色泽正常,其它部位正常。 X线所见,正位:右胫骨干骺端偏外侧可见0.5cm×1.05cm椭园形骨质缺损区,周围可见细小模糊的环形影,病变长轴平行骨干。侧位:病灶位于干骺端骨后壁,局部骨皮质凹陷变薄。周围无骨膜反应
The patient female, 6 years old, had intermittent pain in the right calf for more than one month in June 1984 and came to our hospital for examination. The upper right calf was slightly swollen and tender. No obvious masses were touched. Adjacent joints were normal, skin color was normal, and other parts were normal. X-ray findings, right position: 0.5cm×1.05cm elliptic bone defect area on the lateral side of the right metatarsal sacral canal, and a small, fuzzy ring around the lesion. The long axis of the lesion is parallel to the backbone. Lateral position: The lesion is located on the posterior wall of the metaphysis, and the local cortical depression is thinned. No periosteal reaction around
