目的:探讨药物对生化检验结果的影响。方法:回顾性分析2012年4月~2015年4月,我院确定的由于药物引起生化检验结果出现偏差的115例患者,分析和总结药物对各项检验项目产生的影响。结果:本研究中有21256例参加临床生化检验,生化检验结果发生偏差的有115例,发生率为0.54%,影响临床生化检验结果的药物有激素药物、抗癌药物、维生素C、抗生素类药物、抗糖尿病药物、利尿药物、解热镇痛药物等等。结论:在临床生化检验过程中,需要采取有效的预防措施,减少临床常规药物对生化检验结果的影响,从而为临床治疗及用药提供有效的依据。
Objective: To investigate the influence of drugs on biochemical test results. Methods: From April 2012 to April 2015, 115 patients with biochemical test results deviations caused by drugs in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively to analyze and summarize the influence of drugs on various test items. RESULTS: There were 21,256 cases participating in clinical biochemical tests in this study. There were 115 biased biochemical tests with the incidence rate of 0.54%. The drugs that affected the results of clinical biochemical tests included hormones, anticancer drugs, vitamin C, antibiotics , Anti-diabetic drugs, diuretic drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs and so on. Conclusion: In the process of clinical biochemical tests, effective preventive measures need to be taken to reduce the impact of clinical routine drugs on biochemical test results, thus providing an effective basis for clinical treatment and medication.
