我厂是老厂挖潜改造企业,存在着厂房拥挤、设备陈旧等不安全隐患。同时,我厂位于市区,厂区周围居住着十多万居民,在这一特定环境还要保障职工和居民的安全、健康。近年来,我厂坚持实行党委决策,行政管理,工会督促三头并举,厂部、车间、班组层层落实,使安全生产面貌逐步改善。1986年全厂千人负伤率为0.26%。聚氯乙烯车间十多年未发生重大伤亡事故和火灾爆炸事故,千人负伤率<0.3‰。一、建立健全安全生产规章制度我厂在79年曾制定了十四项安全规章制
Our factory is an old factory digging potential reconstruction enterprise, there are hidden dangers such as factory buildings are crowded, outdated equipment and so on. At the same time, our factory is located in the urban area and there are more than 100,000 residents living around the factory area. In this particular environment, we must also ensure the safety and health of employees and residents. In recent years, our factory has insisted on the implementation of the party committee’s decision-making and administrative management. The trade unions have urged the three leaders to perform the same. The factory, workshop, and team have been implemented at various levels, which has gradually improved the appearance of safety production. In 1986, the 1,000-person injury rate was 0.26%. The PVC workshop has not suffered major casualty accidents or fire and explosion accidents for more than a decade, and the injury rate per thousand people is <0.3%. I.
