目的:对南海红树林内生真菌BL321次级代谢产物进行研究。方法:采用色谱技术进行分离纯化,理化性质和波谱分析技术确定化合物的结构。结果:从南海红树林内生真菌BL321次级代谢产物中分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为:3,4a-dimethyl-2-oxo-2,4,4a,5,6,7-hexahydronaphtho[2,3-b]furan-5-carboxylic acid(1)、松胞素C(2)、松胞素D(3)、19,20-环氧松胞素C(4)、麦角甾醇(5)。结论:化合物1为首次从自然界中分离得到。并且该菌能产生多种强活性松胞素类化合物,因此经优化培养可望成为药源微生物。
Objective: To study the secondary metabolites of BL321 endophytic fungi in the South China Sea. Methods: The chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify. The physicochemical properties and spectral analysis techniques were used to determine the structures of the compounds. Results: Five compounds were isolated and identified from the secondary metabolites of the endophytic fungi BL321 in the South China Sea. They were: 3,4a-dimethyl-2-oxo-2,4,4a,5,6,7-hexahydronaphtho[ 2,3-b]furan-5-carboxylic acid (1), cytosine C (2), cytosine D (3), 19,20-epothilone C (4), ergosterol (5 ). Conclusion: Compound 1 is isolated from nature for the first time. And the bacteria can produce a variety of strong active cytosolic compounds, so the optimized culture is expected to become a drug source microorganisms.
