为研究甘草对小鼠在精子发生过程中精原细胞增殖的影响,将健康6日龄SPF级雄性C57BL/6J小鼠的睾丸组织分别暴露于终浓度为0(溶剂对照)、0.2、2、20μmol/L的甘草溶液培养3 d,并设阳性对照(卵泡刺激素,FSH)。采用Brd U免疫组化染色法测定精原细胞增殖活性。结果显示,与溶剂对照组比较,各浓度甘草染毒组小鼠精原细胞的Brd U阳性细胞率均增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);且随着甘草染毒浓度的升高,小鼠精原细胞的Brd U阳性细胞率呈上升趋势。表明甘草可促进小鼠精原细胞的增殖。
