目前,苏联许多有色金属加工厂还使用着生产率低的拉拔设备。这些设备大都为苏联和其它国家于战后制造的链式拉拔机,其结构陈旧。使用经验证明:坯料拆捆和上料机构不完善,因而需要体力劳动。由于拉拔机上具有小车的往复机构和拔料机构,故降低了它的寿命。拔料机构是在动负荷条件下工作的,所以经常损坏。牵引链条对工作台面的频繁冲击使拉拔机的支柱频繁振动,从而使基础破裂。上述缺点,以及拉拔机单链系统中的振动,限制了进一步强化拉拔过程和提高产品
At present, many non-ferrous metal processing plants in the Soviet Union also use low-productivity drawing equipment. Most of these equipment are chain-type drawing machines manufactured by the Soviet Union and other countries in the post-war period and are outdated. Experience shows that the unwinding and feeding of blanks are not perfect and therefore require manual labor. As the drawing machine has a car’s shuttle mechanism and pull the body, so reducing its life. Pull the body is working under dynamic load conditions, so often damaged. Frequent impact of the towing chain on the countertop causes the strut of the drawing machine to vibrate frequently, causing the foundation to rupture. The above disadvantages, as well as the vibrations in the single-chain system of the drawing machine, limit the further strengthening of the drawing process and the improvement of the product
