[目的]了解成都市社区卫生服务中心的危机管理现状,分析存在的问题,找出相应的对策,为社区卫生服务中心的危机管理提供参考。[方法]采用文献法和深入访谈相结合的方法,分析成都市社区卫生服务中心的危机管理现状。[结果]社区卫生服务中心面临的危机主要包括:外部危机、资源危机、营运危机以及医疗服务引发的危机;各中心均在一定程度上建立了危机管理制度。[结论]社区卫生服务中心的危机管理发展迅速,但也存在对危机的认识不足、制定的预案缺乏针对性、缺乏危机监测系统以及在危机处理中与其他部门协作不良的问题。
[Objective] To understand the current situation of crisis management in community health service centers in Chengdu, analyze existing problems and find corresponding countermeasures so as to provide reference for the crisis management of community health service centers. [Methods] By means of a combination of literature method and in-depth interview, the status quo of crisis management in community health service centers in Chengdu was analyzed. [Results] The crisis faced by community health service centers mainly included external crisis, resource crisis, operation crisis and crisis caused by medical service. Each center established crisis management system to a certain extent. [Conclusion] The crisis management of community health service center is developing rapidly. However, there are some problems such as lack of understanding of the crisis, lack of pertinence of the prepared plan, lack of crisis monitoring system and poor cooperation with other departments in crisis management.
