GnRH-A可通过抑制促性腺激素(Gn)的分泌而抑制卵巢类固醇激素的产生,本文目的是研究超效GnRH-A nafarelin对女性多毛症的疗效。4例多囊卵巢综合征及2例特发性多毛患者采用鼻喷nafarelin 1,000μg/日治疗,疗程6个月。给药当天血清Gn水平急速升高。这一即刻反应在2周后消失。随后血清Gn,总睾酮(T)、游离睾酮(FT)及雄烯二酮(Δ~4A)浓度显著降低。用药一个月后血清LH均值由17.9±4.6(±SEM)下降至5.0±0.5mIU/ml(P<0.01),FSH均值由9.3±0.7下降至7.2±0.9mIU/ml(P<0.05)。T浓度由0.77±0.10下降至0.40±0.14ng/ml(P<0.01)。Δ~4A水平由2.4±0.4下降至1.2±0.2ng/
GnRH-A inhibits the production of ovarian steroid hormones by inhibiting the secretion of gonadotropin (Gn), and the purpose of this paper is to investigate the efficacy of GnRH-A nafarelin on female hirsutism. 4 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome and 2 cases of idiopathic hirsutism patients treated with nasal spray nafarelin 1,000μg / day for 6 months.
