铜银合金电车线平直度差、强度低的主要原因是连铸时的晶粒粗大、含银量不均匀所致。细化晶粒、均匀含银量是解决该问题的关键。通过高温熔炼、低温引杆以及增加结晶器底部储液量等措施提高了电车线的综合性能
Copper-silver alloy trolley line straightness is poor, the main reason for the low strength is the continuous casting of coarse grains, silver content is not uniform. Grain refinement, uniform silver content is the key to solve the problem.
