随着市场经济的发展和企业经营机制的改变,计量检测数据管理在企业经营活动中显示出越来越重要的作用。 我矿所产煤炭的最大用户是坨城电厂,销售方式是靠皮带输送机直接从井口输往电厂,煤炭用电厂安装的一台准确度为0.5%的电子皮带秤进行计量检测。电子皮带秤出现故障时,煤炭计量检测数据或以皮带机运行时间来估算,或以实际发电量推算理论耗煤量,数据不合理,误差较大。 为保证输煤计量检测的连续性和可靠性,我矿购买了一台准确度为0.25%的电子皮带秤,与原电厂的电子皮带秤并排安装在同一部输煤皮带
With the development of market economy and the change of business management mechanism, measurement and inspection data management has shown more and more important role in business activities. The largest user of coal produced by our mine is Yucheng Power Plant. The sales method is to directly transport from the wellhead to the power plant by a belt conveyor, and an electronic belt scale with an accuracy of 0.5% installed by the coal power plant is used for measurement and inspection. When the electronic belt weigher fails, the coal measurement data or the belt conveyor operation time is used to estimate, or the actual power generation amount is used to calculate the theoretical coal consumption. The data is irrational and the error is large. In order to ensure the continuity and reliability of the coal transportation metering and testing, we purchased an electronic belt weigher with an accuracy of 0.25%, installed side by side with the electronic belt weigher of the original power plant in the same coal conveyor belt.
