使用丙酮和二氯甲烷(体积比为1∶1)为提取溶剂,经索氏抽提后再将提取液经硅橡胶固相萃取小柱富集净化,并用气相色谱—质谱法(GC-MS)全扫描模式(SCAN)进行定性,选择离子监测(SIM)定量。结果表明,该方法线性良好,灵敏度高,重现性好,相关系数r≥0.998,检测限在48~89μg/kg之间,4种PAE的平均加标回收率在81%~114%之间,RSD值分别在3.6%~8.7%;该方法适用于橡胶材料中4种PAE的检测。
Using acetone and dichloromethane (1: 1 by volume) as extraction solvent, the extract was subjected to Soxhlet extraction and then purified by silica-gel SPE cartridges and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS ) Full scan mode (SCAN) Qualitative, select ion monitoring (SIM) quantification. The results show that the method has good linearity, high sensitivity and good reproducibility. The correlation coefficient r≥0.998, the detection limit is between 48 ~ 89μg / kg, and the recoveries of the four kinds of PAEs are between 81% and 114% , RSD values were 3.6% ~ 8.7%, respectively; this method is suitable for the detection of 4 PAEs in rubber materials.
