目的 研究制定军队汽车驾驶员驾驶适性测评标准。 方法 对 132 0名现职驾驶员进行了 14项心理测验 ,制定驾驶适性测验的单项及综合评价标准 ,并用 12 1名新训驾驶员的总评成绩对综合评价标准进行验证和检验。 结果 该标准可以用于预测新训驾驶员的训练效果。结论 驾驶适性测验及其评价标准可用于选拔新训驾驶员 ,提高训练效果 ,指导安排驾驶岗位及科学管理驾驶员
Objective To study and formulate the evaluation criteria for driving fitness of army car drivers. Methods A total of 132 psychological tests were carried out on 132 0 active drivers to establish individual and comprehensive evaluation criteria for driving aptitude test. The comprehensive evaluation criteria were verified and verified with the total score of 121 newly trained drivers. Results The standard can be used to predict the training effect of new drivers. Conclusion The driving fitness test and its evaluation criteria can be used to select new drivers, improve training effect, guide the arrangement of driving positions and scientific management of drivers
