诸多同行在讨论英语教改时往往聚焦于教学技术领域,认为通过教法、课堂组织等工作的优化将能提升教学质量。这种模式将使高职英语陷入与职教要求不相容的境地。因此,建立起“基于工作过程导向”的教改模式,并完成教材体例重构才能根本上改变当前的教学现状。教材体例的重构模式可从深化对教改问题的认识、建立各部门的协作机制、完善教材体例编排框架,以及循序渐进进行教材使用等方面来展开。
Many colleagues often focus on the field of teaching technology when discussing English education reform. They believe that the optimization of teaching methods, classroom organization and other work will improve teaching quality. This model will make vocational English into a situation that is incompatible with the requirements of vocational education. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a teaching reform model based on the guiding principle of the work process and to complete the reconstruction of the teaching materials to fundamentally change the current teaching situation. The mode of reconstruction of teaching materials and methods can be deepened from the understanding of education reform, the establishment of the coordination mechanism of various departments, the improvement of textbook system framework, and the progressive use of teaching materials.
