太原钢铁集团公司(以下简称太钢)自行研制的特大型烧结系统优化集成及控制技术由于实现了“四大”创新受到了业内的关注,已获得7项国家专利,发表学术论文5篇。这一具有自主知识产权的特大型烧结机生产和应用技术使中国烧结行业的整体技术装备水平处于国际领先地位。太钢相关负责人介绍,为了响应国家节能环保政策,太钢通过建设一台特大型烧结机,替代了原有的几台小型烧结机,以充分发挥烧结机大型化的优势。由于烧结过程产生大量粉尘,烧结生产中干扰因素多且关联性强,因此,采用新的智能控制思想和方法,提高烧结生产稳定性,优化集成先进的节能减排技术,是进一步解决烧结行业能耗高、污染重、自动控制水平低等问题的必要途径。太钢自行研制的这一技术实现了4个重大创新:
