一研究「學生守則」班主任的工作方針,經常表現在為使學生實踐「學生守則」而進行的頑強鬥爭中。對於「學生守則」,我們常常是片面地來理解,頂多不過把它看成要求學生有禮貌、外表守規矩,而並不是系統地進行「學生守則」的教育。實際上,我們如果分析一下這些「學生守則」,就會發現關於培養學生的品行習慣和道德品質的全部綱領。以堅決執行「學生守則」的精神來教育學生的這一任務,當然不是簡單的,它要求不只是一個班主任、而是全體教師都必須長期地、頑強不懈地努力工作。研究「學生守則」,應該在所有的班級裏一起進行,最高的年級也不能例外,不過要求的水平和研究的性質,要根據學生的年齡特徵,稍為複雜一些。
A guideline on the work of the headteachers of the Code of Student Conduct has often been shown in the stubborn struggle for students to practice the Code of Student Conduct. As for the Student Code, we often understand it one-sidedly. At best, however, we regard it as asking for politeness and respectability on the part of students. It is not a systematic education of the Code of Student Conduct. In fact, if we analyze these “student codes”, we will find out all the guidelines for cultivating students’ habits and moral qualities. This task of educating students in the spirit of resolutely implementing the “Student Code” is certainly not trivial. It requires more than just one class teacher, but all teachers must work hard and hard in the long run. The study of the “Student Code” should be conducted in all classes. The highest grade should not be an exception. However, the required level and the nature of the research should be somewhat complicated according to the age characteristics of the students.
