目的探讨汉字认知过程中大脑的偏侧化效应。方法在16名年龄20~36岁健康男性右利手受试者中,进行了汉字形、音、义分类匹配的事件相关电位(ERPs)研究。结果受试者ERPs的N400成分在音、义分类作业时,两侧波幅不对称现象较为明显,均表现为右侧大于左侧,而在字形分类作业时,其左右两侧波幅无显著性差异。结论汉字音、义的加工具有明显的脑偏侧化效应,但字形的加工过程中脑偏侧化效应并不明显。提示字形的加工和音、义的加工可能具有不同的脑机制
Objective To explore the effect of brain lateralization in Chinese cognition. Methods A total of 16 healthy right-handed male subjects aged 20-36 years were enrolled in this study. Event-related potentials (ERPs) of the Chinese characters were matched. Results N400 components of ERPs in the subjects of tone and righteousness classification showed that the amplitude asymmetry on both sides was obvious, which showed that the right side was larger than the left side. However, there was no significant difference in the amplitude of left and right sides . Conclusions The process of Chinese pronunciation and righteousness has significant cerebral lateralization effect, but the cerebral lateralization effect in glyph processing is not obvious.
