便携式导弹级间活塞式分离装置是一种新型级间气动分离装置,利用Simulink软件对其充气特性进行研究,建立活塞缸压力仿真模型,分析了活塞缸容积、气孔临界直径对活塞缸压力变化、充气时间的影响规律。结果表明,充气时间随着气孔临界直径减小而增大、与活塞缸容积成正比,活塞缸容积、气孔临界直径越接近临界值,活塞式分离装置的气动分离特性越好。
The portable missile inter-stage piston separation device is a new type of interstage pneumatic separation device. The inflation characteristics of the piston cylinder are studied by using Simulink software. The pressure simulation model of the piston cylinder is established. The variation of piston cylinder volume, critical pore diameter, Inflation time of the law. The results show that the inflation time increases with the decrease of the critical diameter of the blowhole, which is proportional to the piston cylinder volume. The piston cylinder volume and the critical diameter of the blowhole become closer to the critical value, and the better the pneumatic separation characteristic of the piston separator.
