现在我国的企业竞争越来越激烈,尤其是在2008年的金融危机以后,我国的经济形势也受到了打击。企业要想在激烈的竞争环境中生存下去,就要着重的发展企业的创新工作人员,以此来适应社会的发展需求,通过企业对员工的培训,让员工的综合能力和创新能力提高,从而带动企业的发展和进步。企业的培训管理是人力资源部门工作的核心同时也直接影响企业未来的发展。本文通过企业培训管理的内容和实施进行阐述,并结合我国目前的经济形式提出企业培训管理对企业发展的重要性。
