本文根据三聚氰胺分子中具有阳极波的电活性基团-NH_2,通过对不同底液成份的选择,提出测定三聚氰胺的单扫描极谱分析法。方法的最佳底液为4mol·L~(-1) NaOH-0.4mol·L~(-1)KCl。三聚氰胺的峰电位为—0.25V(vs.SCE),其浓度在2×10~(-6)~1×10~(-4)mol·L~(-1)内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系。试验表明,此极谱波为三聚氰胺分子中—NH_2基团氧化产生的非吸附性的不可逆波。方法应用于三聚氰胺碗的浸取液中三聚氰胺的直接测定,回收率为94%~105%。
In this paper, according to melamine molecules with anode wave of electroactive group -NH_2, through the choice of different bottom liquid composition, the proposed single-scan determination of melamine Polarographic analysis.
