一、问题的提出焊接电流脉冲测量仪是对焊机的工作电流脉冲个数进行现场监视的有效检测仪器。以往的焊接电流脉冲测量仪是由晶体管和线性组件构制而成。由于非线性、使其检测精度难以提高。随着电子计算机的出现,特别是微型机的迅速发展,微型计算机在焊接电流脉冲测量仪中的应用已展现出了广阔前景。我们同北京工业大学关志强、陈平、李盛林老师合作,研制了微机焊接电流脉冲测量仪。其主要技术指标如下:
First, the issue of welding current pulse measuring instrument is the number of welders working current pulse on-site monitoring of the effective detection equipment. Past welding current pulse measuring device is constructed by the transistor and linear components. Due to the non-linearity, it is difficult to improve the detection accuracy. With the advent of electronic computers, especially the rapid development of microcomputers, the application of microcomputers in welding current pulse measuring instruments has shown a great prospect. We cooperate with Beijing University of Technology Guan Zhiqiang, Chen Ping, Li Shenglin teachers, developed a microcomputer welding current pulse measuring instrument.
