在设备运用统计分析工作实践中,针对南京货运中心2013年下半年装卸机械作业燃油消耗统计,发现油耗占生产成本比例高、且各经营部的油耗差距大,通过前期调研分析造成差距具体原因,从成立小组、攻关创效、提升技能、把控全程、改善设备、加强协调等6个方面剖析降低燃油消耗的具体实施措施,再对比2014年上半年机械作业燃油消耗的统计,并分析财务支出数据,反映节支创效成果较显著,已经产生成本大幅降低、质量整体提升、效率明显提高等良好经济与社会效益。
