高职涉农专业学生是破解“三农”问题和促进农业现代化发展的重要后备军,肩负着其他群体无以取代的使命,其服务“三农”意识的培养直接影响着我国农业发展的科技支撑和智力支持。在实际调研中发现当前涉农专业学生服务基层的意识较强,但对涉农政策的了解模糊,认同感不高,实践能力不足等诸多问题。由此,提出了从课堂教学改革、社会实践、专业实习、志愿服务四个方面着手,立体培养涉农专业学生服务“三农”的情怀与职业技能。

In the actual investigation, we found that the current agroforestry students are more aware of serving the grass-roots level, but they have a lot of problems such as vague understanding of agriculture-related policies, low sense of identity and lack of practical ability. Therefore, it is put forward that from the four aspects of classroom teaching reform, social practice, professional internship and volunteer service, three-dimensional cultivation of agriculture-related specialty students’ service and “three rural” feelings and professional skills.
