目的探讨老年慢性肺源性心脏病的临床诊治方法。方法对我院收治的82例老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者临床资料与治疗方法进行回顾分析。结果经积极治疗,82例老年慢性肺源性心脏病患者好转出院67例(81.71%),病情未见好转或因病情恶化而放弃治疗者8例(9.76%),死亡7例(8.54%)。结论采取综合治疗措施,针对病情开展针对性治疗,从而有效降低病死率。 Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of senile chronic cor pulmonale. Methods The clinical data and treatment of 82 elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results After active treatment, 82 elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale were discharged (67 cases, 81.71%), 8 patients (9.76%) were discharged without treatment or 7 patients (8.54% . Conclusion Taking comprehensive treatment measures and targeted treatment for the disease, so as to effectively reduce the case fatality rate.
