目的 :探讨小鼠肝线粒体膜磷脂组成的随龄变化及红花黄色素对其的影响。方法 :采用HPLC法测定线粒体膜PC、PE、CL的含量 ,陈思峰法测定PLA2 活性。结果 :衰老模型组PC、PE、CL均明显降低 ;PLA2 活性随增龄而升高。SYP可升高衰老模型组PC、PE、CL含量 ;显著降低衰老模型组PLA2 活性。结论 :D -半乳糖模型出现拟衰老时线粒体膜磷脂改变特征 ,SYP可显著改善肝线粒体膜磷脂的组成。
Objective : To investigate the changes of the phospholipid composition of the liver mitochondrial membrane in mice and the effect of safflower yellow on it. Methods : The mitochondrial membrane PC, PE, and CL were determined by HPLC. The PLA activity was measured by Chen Sifeng method. Results: The PC, PE, and CL of the aging model group were significantly decreased; PLA2 activity increased with age. SYP can increase the content of PC, PE, and CL in the aging model group, and significantly reduce the PLA2 activity in the aging model group. Conclusion : The mitochondrial membrane phospholipids change characteristics in the D-galactose model during senescence, and SYP can significantly improve the composition of liver mitochondrial membrane phospholipids.
