本文分析91例类风湿性关节炎中出现心脏表现24例的临床资料,发病率为26.4％(24/91例)。其中12例(50.0％)出现心律失常;8例(33.3％)心肌损害;有1例出现AMI图形的动态变化,系类风湿性冠状动脉炎所致。文中并就类风湿性关节炎心脏损害的临床和病理联系及其诊断标准进行了讨论。
In this paper, clinical data of 24 cases with cardiac manifestations in 91 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were analyzed. The incidence rate was 26.4% (24/91 cases). Among them, cardiac arrhythmia occurred in 12 cases (50.0%), myocardial damage in 8 cases (33.3%), and dynamic changes of AMI pattern in 1 case were caused by rheumatoid coronary artery disease. The article also discusses the clinical and pathological associations of rheumatoid arthritis heart damage and its diagnostic criteria.
